In this episode, we're joined by Jamie Antignano, owner of Angelo's, as she prepares for their upcoming 100th Anniversary (April 5-7)! We talk with Jamie about what it's like running a 100-year-old family business, how she keeps morale up and prices low, and maybe some inside secrets of the restaurant. We even try to get her to give up the recipe for their famous eggplant parm.
