  • Galileo Negroni: Barr Hill Gin, Americano Classico, Luxardo Bitters and a Saturn Ice Mold. The Negroni was invented in Florence, the birthplace of Galileo. As he was the first to observe Saturn's rings, the circular ice mold in the cocktail is a fitting tribute.
  • Ribollita Soup: Served with Tuscan bread, aromatic vegetables, kale and white beans.
