Christine Francis is the owner of Carmen & Ginger Vintage Goods at the Arcade Providence, and the founder of the Urban Vintage Bazaar. Her love of collecting comes from her family and she credits her mom with her vintage "hunting" skills. She enjoys thrifting, birding and eating cheese. She lives in downtown Providence with her two cats.
